<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - May 12, 1975.

<br />The Ci ty Council met on the above date with the following
<br />member::. present; Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Hess,

<br />~] Hess Moved. Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of AprIl 28, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos and Hess, Nays: None. Abstentions: Linebarger.
<br />Mayor Linebarger abstained as he was absent from the meeting.

<br />B Ht::S5 Moved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution No. 6256 vacating
<br />a portion of right-of-way as requested by Robert G. Rieschel,
<br />etal, be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Linebarger. Nays None.

<br />[) 1 Curley ~!ovedJ Brennan Seconded, that Dorso Trailer Sales,
<br />2814 North Cleveland Avenue, be granted an extension of their
<br />pcrm:t for a temporary mobllc office facility until May 1,

<br />E I Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />establ ,shed for June 2, regarding the Veterans of Foreign Wars
<br />re~uest for transfer of their on-sale club license from 1085
<br />CentennIal Drive to 1944 North Lexington Avenue, and that notices
<br />be mailed to all property owners within 350 feet of the property.

<br />fuel be rejected. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess

<br />2151 North Snelling Avenue, for withdrawal of their application
<br />for variance to directional sign requirements be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes, Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays:

<br />E.4 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the preliminary plat of
<br />Norbert Peka "Peka Addition" be approved and a public hearing
<br />established for June 2, 1975, on the final plat. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes; Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E 5 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the public hearing on Mort Huber's
<br />request for rezoning from R-3A to B-3 and special use permit at
<br />720 County Road B be set for June 2, 1975. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
