EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, January 29, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog and the following were absent: Johnson. Councilmember Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8653 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS P-91-02 AND P-91-03, NEIGHBORHOOD 57 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvements P-91-02 and P-91-03, Neighborhood 57, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Burke Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Dellwood Avenue, Burke Avenue from Fernwood Street to Lindy Avenue, Eldridge Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, Karyl Place from Lindy Avenue to cul-de-sac, Skillman Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, Shryer Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, Ryan Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Street, Draper Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Street, Dellwood Avenue from County Road B to Roselawn Avenue, and Lindy Avenue from Burke Avenue to Skillman Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $1,322,615.89 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the city Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
