<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Tuesday, January 29, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8653 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />P-91-02 AND P-91-03, NEIGHBORHOOD 57 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER <br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvements P-91-02 and P-91-03, Neighborhood 57, consisting of the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary <br />sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting Burke Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Dellwood Avenue, Burke <br />Avenue from Fernwood Street to Lindy Avenue, Eldridge Avenue from <br />Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, Karyl Place from Lindy Avenue to <br />cul-de-sac, Skillman Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, <br />Shryer Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue, Ryan Avenue from <br />Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Street, Draper Avenue from Hamline Avenue to <br />Fernwood Street, Dellwood Avenue from County Road B to Roselawn Avenue, <br />and Lindy Avenue from Burke Avenue to Skillman Avenue as described in <br />the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $1,322,615.89 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the city <br />Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine <br />and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The <br />City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the <br />Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, <br />Maschka, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
