<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - June 2, 1975.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Brennan.

<br />A-I Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of May 19, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B~l Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Veterans of
<br />Foreign Wars Post No. 7555 for transfer of their on-sale club
<br />liquor license from 1385 Centennial Drive to 1944 North
<br />Lexington Avenue be denied, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Mort Huber
<br />for rezoning from R-3A to B-3 and special use permit at 720
<br />County Road B be continued until the meeting of June 9, 1975.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B,,3 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Norbert Peka
<br />for approval of final plat "Peka Addition" at 384 County Road C
<br />be continued until June 9, 1975. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 6267 ordering
<br />construction of Improvement ST-75-6, Hamline-Josephine Area
<br />Storm Sewer, be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of Thomas Klein
<br />for variance to rear yard setback at 414 South McCarrons Blvd.

<br />E-2 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Harry Baker for
<br />variance to side yard setback at 2036 Western Avenue be approved.

<br />E~3 The feasibility report for Dellwood Street Paving from Josephine
<br />Road South, Project W-P-75-7 will be placed on file.
