Roll call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, MINUTES <br />Hess, Brennan, and Linebarger. Nays: None, <br /> <br />Demos moved, Curley secondedj that Norbert Peka's request for <br />tinal plat approval "Peka Addition," at 384 County Road C, be <br />approved. Roll call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan, <br />and Linebarger, Nays: None, <br /> <br />ij-2 Demos moved~ Curley seconded, that Mort Huber's request for <br />rezoning of the Easterly 53 feet of the R-3A zoned property <br />to B-3 and special use permit at 720 West County Road B be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />B.,l <br /> <br />1. That the owner provlde an access opening through <br />the fence on his south property line on public <br />property, and that a safe hard walkway be provided <br />from the opening to the commercial center; <br /> <br />2, That a handraIl be provided on the s~airs portion <br />of the walkway; and <br /> <br />3. That the owner provide stairways from the lower to <br />the upper level Inside the proposed building. <br /> <br />Roll call, Ayes~ Curley~ Demos, Hess, Brennan, and Linebarger, <br />Nays: None, <br /> <br />B-3 Curley movedj Demos seconded) that Northwestern College's request <br />for special use permIt and variance to the parking requirement <br />at 3003 Snelling Avenue be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />I, That, should addltional parking be necessary, as <br />determined by the City, the College be required to <br />increase the number of parking spaces; <br /> <br />2. That seven parking spaces be removed on each side of <br />the turn-around on the east side of the dormitories <br />(total of fourteen spaces removed); <br /> <br />30 That additional screening (landscaping) be provided in <br />the area where the parking spaces are removed; and <br /> <br />4.
