<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - June 23, 1975.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley,
<br />Demos and Brennan. Absent: Councilman Hess.
<br />
<br />A-I Deroos Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of June 9, 1975 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Demos, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that Ordinance No. 756
<br />amending the City Code of the City of Roseville by adding
<br />Chapter 17 relating to the establishment of mobile home
<br />zoning districts (R-8) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Demos, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 757
<br />amending Section 8.350 of the City Code of the City of
<br />Roseville by deleting trailer parks as a use by special
<br />permit in General Business Districts be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Demos, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-I Demos Moved, CUrley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6271
<br />accepting bid on the sale of $850,000 General Obligation
<br />City Hall Bonds, providing for their issuance and levying
<br />a tax for the payment thereof be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cur ley, Deroos, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6272
<br />accepting bid on the sale of $1,130,000 General Improvement
<br />Bonds, Series 8, providing for their issuance and levying
<br />a tax for the payment thereof be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Demos, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that Mr. Mel Sauve's
<br />request for extension of minor variance to side yard set-
<br />back at 1885 De11wood Avenue to December 16, 1975, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Demos, Brerman and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-3 Brerman Moved, DelIDs Seconded, that Mr. Edward Jarosch's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 1897
<br />Dellwood Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Demos, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-4 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />authorized to enter into a lease agreement with Mr. and Mrs.
<br />Joseph Coppersmith regarding property located at 2477 North
<br />Victoria Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Olrley, Demos, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
