<br />A~l Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of June 23, 1975, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None, Abstentions: Councilman
<br />Hess, Mr. Hess was absent from the meeting,
<br />
<br />B,l Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Tusler Lodge
<br />for rezoning from R-l to R-3A~ special use permit and conditional
<br />use permit at 1321 County Road B-2 be continued until the meeting
<br />of July 21, 1975 as requested by the appl icant, Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />B~2 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded. that the request of Mr, Ray Kroiss
<br />to withdraw his application for rezoning from R-3A to I I at
<br />about 3030 North Cleveland Avenue be approved, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Demos Moved, Hess Seconded. that Mr, Ray Kroiss' request for
<br />rezoning from R-3A to R-I and Preliminary Plat at about 3030
<br />North Cleveland Avenue be approved and a hearing be set on the
<br />final plat for August 4, 1975 c Ro II Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None,
<br />
<br />B-3 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Kenneth
<br />Reinhardt for rezoning from R-I to R-3A at 2395 North Dale
<br />Street be approved. Roll Call, Ares: Demos, Hess, Curley and
<br />Linebarger. Nays. Brennan,

<br />B",4 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Shafer Contracting Company's
<br />request for special use permIt at 644, 646 and 656 County Road C
<br />be denied for the following reasons:
<br />
<br />1, Excavation of the property would leave slope grades which
<br />are unsatisfactory,
<br />2. The "V" which would be gouged out of the hill would leave a
<br />second hill south of the existing hill and a gully which could
<br />cause personal injury as well as other problems for the city,
<br />Three slopes would also result compared to the one which now
<br />exists,
<br />3, Applicant offers no proposal for dust control during operation;
<br />does not indicate which roads he would use in hauling materials;
<br />nor indicate what als hours of operation will be,
<br />40 Applicant offers no plans for the replanting of the trees and
<br />shrubbery which would be removed, The trees which now exist may
<br />range in age from 80 to 100 years old and this growth could not
<br />adequately be replaced,
<br />5, Applicant does not indicate tonnage or yardage he expects to
<br />excavate nor the amount of time (meaning months and years)
<br />required to complete the operation,
<br />6, In measuring past performance of the applicant, the previous
<br />special use permit issued by the Roseville Council called for
<br />
<br />7:30 P.M.
