<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger~ Councilmen Hess, Brennan~

<br />A~ 1 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of August 4, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos and Linebarger, Nays: None. Abstention: Hesso
<br />Councilman Hess abstained as he was not present at the August 4th
<br />meeting,

<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Michels Construction Company's
<br />request for final plat "Michels Roselawn No., 2" be continued
<br />until September 8, 1975, Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan~

<br />B~2 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Dayton Development Companyis
<br />request for final plat "Rosedale Center Third Addi tion at
<br />1705 LH, 36 be continued until September 8, 1975, Roll Call,

<br />cation for on..sale liquor license and special Slmday liquor
<br />license at 2100 North Dale Street be approved 0 Roll Call,

<br />C-l Hess Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No, 6285
<br />designating October 21, 1975, as the Primary Election date
<br />for the city election be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess >>

<br />C-2 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Sue Hendry be appointed
<br />to serve a one year tenn as a voting member of the North
<br />Suburban Senior Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess>> Brennan,

<br />G-3 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that September 25, 1975, be est-
<br />ablished for the Volunteer Board Member banqueto Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger 0 Nays:

<br />E..l Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Mr. Robert Godfreyis request
<br />for minor variance to side yard setback at 539 Heinel Drive be
<br />approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and
<br />Linebarger 0 Nays: None 0

<br />E-2 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that Mr. Robert Godfrey's request
<br />for building permit at 539 Heinel Drive in accordance with the
<br />provisional lakeshore building ordinance be approved with the
<br />condi tion that a drainage swail be provided along the south-
<br />western lot line. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
