<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: September 5, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Friday, the 5th day <br /> <br />of September, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Demos, Curley, Brennan and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: James F. Andre, city Manager: <br />Roger A. Jensen of Peterson, Bell and Converse, city Attorneys; <br />Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director; Donald Christoffersen <br />of Banister, Short, Elliot & Hendrickson, city Consulting Engi- <br />neers; and Peter S. popovich of peterson & Popovich, city Bond <br />Consultants. <br />The City Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for the City's <br /> <br />portion of Improvement P-ST-73-25 in the Roseville Sun on <br />August 20, 1975, which affidavit was examined, found satis- <br />factory, and ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited <br />a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br /> <br />property owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> <br />All persons present were then given the opportunity to present <br />oral objections, and all written objections theretofore filed <br />with the City Manager were presented and considered, and all <br />
