<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: September 5, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota. was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Friday, the 5th day <br />of September, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Demos, Curley, Brennan and Hess <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absent: None <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: James F. Andre, city Manager, Roger <br />A. Jensen of Peterson, Bell & Converse, city Attorneys: Charles <br />Honchell, city Public Works Director; Donald christoffersen of <br />Banister, Short, Elliot & Hendrickson, city Consulting Engineersj <br />and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, city Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br />tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for A <br /> <br />Portion of Combined Improvement of 1973, Series 5, in the <br />Roseville Sun on August 20, 1975, which affidavit was examined, <br /> <br />round satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The Manager <br /> <br />also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to <br />all affected property owners. <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections. if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />mente All persons present were then given the opportunity to <br /> <br />present oral objections, and all written objections theretofore <br />filed with the City Manager were presented and considered, and <br />
