<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall <br />in said City on Monday, the eleventh day of February, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, <br />and Rog and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Thomas introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8654 <br /> <br />NO PARKING ON SKILLMAN AVENUE <br />FROM HAMLINE AVENUE TO LEXINGTON AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Skillman Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue is a <br />Municipal State Aid Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, including <br />the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-four foot wide designs; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on the north <br />side of Skillman Avenue (M.S.A. 160-245-02) from Hamline Avenue to <br />Lexington Avenue identified as Roseville Project No. P-91-03. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, <br />and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the city of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the <br />City council of said city held on the 11th day of February, 1991, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript insofar as the same relates to City Project P-91-03. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 11th day of February, 1991. <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br />~~ <br />cit Manager ð <br />
