<br />The CIty Council met on the above date with the following

<br />meeting of September 5, 1975, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of September 15, 1975, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger, Nays: None,

<br />E-1 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager
<br />be authorized to sign a purchase of service agreement with the
<br />Metropolitan Council regarding rent subsidy, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan. Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger, Nays: None,

<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Tom Thul
<br />for a building permit at 635 Heinel Drive in accordance with
<br />provisions of the lakeshore zoning ordinance be approved,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger 0

<br />E-3 Demos ~ved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No, 6300
<br />adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning
<br />January 1, 1976 and ending December 31, 1976 be adopted.

<br />Demos Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No, 6301
<br />certifying the tax levy to the County Auditor for collection
<br />during 1976 for purposes of operating the City of Roseville
<br />be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Dems, Hess
<br />and Linebarger, Nays ~ None,
<br />
<br />Demos MOved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution Noo 6302
<br />directing the County Auditor to reduce the established tax levy
<br />for golf course bonds, water improvempnt bonds, sanitary sewer
<br />improvement bonds, general improvement bonds, ice arena bonds,
<br />park bonds and City Hall bonds be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />E-4 Hess Moved, Demos Seconded, that the bills be paid,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger.
