<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />that the Proclamation designating
<br />as SWEETEST MY in Roseville be
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />
<br />A-I Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 22, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Brerman M.Jved, Hess Seconded, that Harold Eds trom' s request
<br />for final plat approval "Edstrom Addition" at 2137 William
<br />Street be continued until the meeting of October 20, 1975.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None,

<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of Richard Germer
<br />for special use permit at 3107 North Cleveland Avenue be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Deros, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B~3 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Lewis Johnson's request for
<br />rezoning from R-l to R-2 at the 2900 Block of Russell Court be
<br />continued until the second cotmcil meeting in January, 1976 and
<br />that the staff be instructed to again send notices to the property
<br />owners. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Deros, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that Ray Kroiss' request for pre-
<br />liminary plat approval of ''White Oak Hills No.2" and rezoning
<br />from R..3A to R-2 at about 3030 North Cleveland Avenue be approved
<br />subject to all conditions of the fill pennit dated September 5~
<br />1975 being met. Further, that the hearing on the final plat be
<br />continued until the meeting of October 20. 1975, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />D-l Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to prepare an ordinance amending Section 205,020 of the City Code
<br />of the City of Roseville relating to Peddling" Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None,

<br />E-l Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Mr. Ronald Hanzal' 5 request
<br />for minor variance to side yard setback at 2578 Fairview Avenue
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None,
