<br />E-S Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ramsey County's proposed
<br />deletions in the Langton Lake Open Space Project as per their
<br />letter dated September 22, 1975, be denied, except that the
<br />deletion of Lot 1, Block 2, Lake Johanna Homes No.2 and the
<br />deletion of the easterly 40 feet of the originally proposed open
<br />space acquisition at 3021 Fairview be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger M:>ved, Hess Seconded, that Ramsey County's proposed
<br />deletions in the Victoria-Lake Owasso Open Space project as per
<br />their letter dated September 23, 1975, be continued to the
<br />October 27, 1975 meeting and that the City ~1anager determine
<br />whether Ramsey County is interested in purchasing the undeveloped
<br />parcel lying on the northeast corner of Owasso Boulevard and
<br />Victoria Street. If the County expresses interest in purchasing
<br />the parcel, the Council could at the October 27, meeting establish
<br />a hearing to consider the proposed purchase. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-6 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6309 concurring
<br />in Ramsey County acquiring jurisdiction of County Road B-2 from
<br />Cleveland to Snelling Avenues from Roseville be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />with Ramsey County action revoking jurisdiction of Cleveland
<br />Avenue from Fairview Avenue to County Road C to Roseville be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-7 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution No. 6311 accepting
<br />feasibility report for Project W-75-16 (watermain for the area
<br />north of County Road B-2 and east of Wheeler Street) and order-
<br />ing preparation of final plans and specifications
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-8 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Public Works Department be
<br />authorized to purchase a snow plow, sander and box for a 3-ton
<br />vehicle from the 1975 Street Department Budget, estimated at
<br />$5,550.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 Linebarger M:>ved, Demos Seconded, that Payment No. 5 on the
<br />Roseville City Hall Project M-74-29 in the amount of $79,035.30
<br />and Payment No. 5 on Fire Station No. 3 Project M-74-30 in the
<br />amount of $38,296.80 be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
