<br />amending Section 205.020 of the City Code by excepting
<br />newspaper solid tation from the solicitation ordinance be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Hess Seconded, that the Council's previous
<br />action (10-20-75, E-5) regarding the proposed deletions to
<br />the Langton Lake Open Space project be rescinded, and that
<br />Ramsey County's request be continued until the October 27, 1975
<br />meeting; and further, that Mr. King, one of the property owners,
<br />involved be notified of the October 27th meeting. (Mayor Linebarger
<br />withdrew the motion).

<br />Linebarger Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the original Council
<br />action (10-20-75, E-5) on the Langton Lake proposed deletion
<br />stand and that the matter be placed on the October 27th agenda;
<br />and further that Mr. King, one of the property owners involved,
<br />be advised that the matter will again be considered at thp
<br />October 27, meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Hess, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: Demos 0
