<br />The City C01.mcil met on the above date with the follOWIng
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos~ Hess~
<br />Brennan and Curley,

<br />A-I Demos ~-1oved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of October 27 ~ 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />A-2 I-less Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the speCIal
<br />meeting of November 5, 1975, be approved. Roll r,all, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None"

<br />Demos Moved, Hess Seconded~ that the Council join t,,~ch the
<br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of November 16 thru November 22,
<br />1975 as "American Education Week" . Roll Call, Ayes ~ Demos,
<br />Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley t>1oved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Ray Kroiss
<br />for final plat approval "White Oak Hills No, 2" at about 3030
<br />North Cleveland Avenue be continued until the meeting of
<br />November 17,1975, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None.

<br />C-l Demos Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the follOWIng procedu:re
<br />be adopted for the filling of a vacancy on the Roseville Council
<br />which will occur on January 1, when Hrs 0 Demos takes office as
<br />Mayor:
<br />
<br />1) That notice of the vacancy be legally advertised in the
<br />official publication and publicized (with their cooperation)
<br />in three newspapers, Sun, St. Paul Dispatch and Minneapolis
<br />Star, (Publication date. November 19).
<br />
<br />2) That filings for nomina bans for the vacancy be accepted
<br />through December 190
<br />
<br />3) That filings for nomination be made on an approved form,
<br />
<br />4) All applications be forwarded to the meJ'1bers of the Roseville
<br />Council who WIll be serving on January 10
<br />
<br />5) That the appointment be made publicly at the first meetlng In
<br />January, (January 12),
<br />
