<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, November 17, 1975.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Hayer Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess,
<br />and Curley. Absent: Councilman Brennan.

<br />A-I Hess M:)Ved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of November 10, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Cur ley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Laurie Berndsen, 765 Heinel
<br />Drive, be comnended for her clear thinking and correct action
<br />upon discovery of a fire while babysitting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Ray Kroiss
<br />for final plat approval "White Oak Hills No.2" at about 3030
<br />North Cleveland Avenue be continued until the meeting of
<br />November 24, 1975. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Curley and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that S.P.A.N. Enterprises, Inc.
<br />request for an on-sale and Special Sunday liquor license at
<br />1744 North Lexington Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Hess Moved, Demos Seconded, that a plaque dedication ceremony
<br />be established for 6: 45 P.M., Monday, December 8, at the new
<br />Ci ty Hall. Roll Call, Ayes: Deroos, Hess, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the City ~tanager is
<br />instructed to advise the Association of Metropolitan Mmici-
<br />palities that the Roseville Council nominates Mayor-elect June
<br />Demos to serve on the Association of Metropolitan ~bnicipalities
<br />Board of Directors. Roll Call, Ayes: Deroos, Hess, Curley and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Hess ~ved, Curley Seconded, that George Reiling's request for
<br />conditional use permit at 2834 North Victoria be continued to
<br />the first Council meeting in February, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Deroos Seconded, that George Reiling's request for
<br />excavation license on the northwest corner of Lexington Avenue
<br />and Woodhill Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess,
<br />Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None 0

<br />E-3 Deroos r-bved, Hess Seconded, that the Ramsey Cm.D1.ty Proposed
<br />State Legislation be continued to the meeting of November 24,
<br />1975. Roll Call, Ayes: Deroos, Hess, Curley and Linebarger.

<br />.... 4 Curley ~bved, Deroos Seconded, that Resolution No. 6320
<br />authorizing the Public Works Director to prepare a feasibility
<br />report for upgrading of County Road C from Cleveland Avenue to
<br />the western City limits, Project P-7S-13 be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Demos, Hess, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
