<br />Regular Meeting of the City CmIDcil - DeceJTIber 8, 1975.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Hess, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Demos.
<br />
<br />A-I Hess ~1oved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of November 24, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of Hay Kroiss
<br />for final plat approval "White Oak Hills No.2" at about 3030
<br />North Cleveland Avenue be continued until December 29, 1975.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of Kenneth
<br />Reinhardt for final plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition No.
<br />3" at about 907 Sherren Street be continued until the meeting
<br />of December 29, 1975. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of Geor~ie Lametti
<br />for final plat approval "Belair Roselawn Addition" at about 1815
<br />Roselawn Avenue be continued until the meeting of December 15,
<br />1975. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-4 Curley Moved, DeIOOS Seconded, that the request of Frank Jaroscak
<br />for relocation of dwelling to 3048 North Fairview Avenue be approved
<br />with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the remodelling be carried out essentially in conformity
<br />with the plans that were presented to the Planning Commission.
<br />2. That the landscaping of the yard be done by the end of calendar
<br />year 1976.
<br />3. That the structure be brought to conformity with all City Codes.
<br />4. That an additional 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated to the
<br />City for Fairview Avenue,

<br />C-l Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that a Council work session be established
<br />for 6:30 P.M., ~1onday, December 15,1975, for the purpose of reviewing
<br />the report regarding sanitary sewer service charges. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None 0

<br />E-l Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Joseph Mast for
<br />variance to building setback at 1943 North Lexington Avenue be
<br />approved with the condition that the exterior east and west ends of
<br />the garage be finished in a brick similar to the existing apartment
<br />building. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
