<br />Regular Meeting of the City COlDlCil - December 15, 1975.

<br />The City COlUlcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Cotnlcilmen Hess, Brennan,
<br />Curley and Demos.
<br />
<br />A-I Curley Hoved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of December 8, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Geormie Lametti
<br />for final plat "Belair Roselawn Addition" at about 1815 Roselawn
<br />Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the request of James Sweeney
<br />for preliminary plat "Sweeney Southview Height" at the 1700
<br />Block of Alameda be approved with the condition that a ponding
<br />and purification easement be provided as required by the Public
<br />Works Director, and that a public hearing be established for
<br />February 23, 1976, on the final plat. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Mid American Truck Lines
<br />request for variance to setback and division of lot at 1743
<br />COlUlty Road C be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That proper documents be prepared and signed by the
<br />City and Mid American Truck Lines assuring that the
<br />street will be dedicated to the City and that the
<br />property own~r will maintain the street. In addition,
<br />that City v&hicles may utilize the street.
<br />
<br />2. That a minimum of a 6 foot chain link fence be con-
<br />structed on the western edge of the new street right-of-way.
<br />
<br />3. That a barrier be constructed arotmd the propane gas tank.
<br />Roll Call) Ayes: Hess) Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that the Attorney be instructed to
<br />prepare an ordinance amending the City Code relating to the Fire
<br />Department. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-S Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Council adopt the policy
<br />of sending public hearing notices for Planning applications to
<br />neighboring communities when an application is for a parcel of
<br />property borderinJ.?: that cannu.mity. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley.,.~os and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-6 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the application of Elizabeth
<br />Scherwinka for division of lot at 2250 St. Croix be referred
<br />to the Planning Conmission. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
