<br />A-I Hess rbved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />December 15, 1975, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos and Linebarger. }Jays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Hoved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Ray Kroiss
<br />for final plat approval ''White Oak Hills No.2" at about 3030
<br />North Cleveland Avenue be continued until the meeting of January 26,
<br />1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Ken Reinhardt
<br />for final plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition #3" at about 907
<br />Sherren be continued until the meeting of January 26, 1976. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger. Nays:

<br />B-3 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Barry O'~~ara's request for
<br />final plat approval "Hall Edgewater Estates" at about 3066 Arthur
<br />Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />P-4 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ban-Con, Inc. request for
<br />division of lot and rezoning from R-6 to R-l at 255 Grandview be
<br />continued until the meeting of January 19, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />B-5 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Ban-Con, Inc.
<br />for rezoning from R-6 and B-1 to R-1 and B-2 and final plat
<br />"Hillsborough No.4" at 2293 Rice Street be continued to the meeting
<br />of January 19, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />B-6 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Bureau Investment Corporation's
<br />request for division of lot and special use permit at 1885 TH 36
<br />be continued until the meeting of January 19, 1976. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Deros and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />B-7 Curley ~1oved, Hess Seconded, that S.P.A.N. Enterprises, Inc.
<br />application for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses at
<br />1744 North Lexington Avenue be approved with the condition that
<br />the necessary insurance certificate be filed with the City Manager.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and Linebarger.

<br />D-1 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the City Manager send a letter
<br />to the Knights of Co1tD11bus in appreciation of their contribution
<br />of $9,000 for emergency motor vehicle and supporting equipment to
<br />the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, BrenncI\ Curley,
<br />Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.
