<br />-2- <br /> <br />until May 10, 1976. <br />Anderson, and Demos. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Hess, <br /> <br />Curley Mbved that a public hearing regarding deleting the Lake <br />Owasso open space site be held during the next month. ~1otion <br />died for lack of second. <br /> <br />E-2 Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Chandler Wilbert Vault <br />Company's request for variance reducing required setback for <br />parking from 40 feet to zero feet and reducing the required <br />building setback from 60 feet to zero feet at 2280 North <br />Hamline and also a variance allowing a driveway on the R-I <br />property at 2270 North Hamline to serve the I-I property at 2280 <br />North Hamline be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the contiguous single family lot at 2270 North <br />Hamline being 75 feet in width, be purchased and main- <br />tained as an integral part of the property located at <br />228U North Hamline. <br /> <br />2) That a driveway to serve as a connecting link from the <br />front of the R-I lot to the storage areas in the rear of <br />the I-I lot be allowed to a maximum width of 24 feet. <br /> <br />3) That said driveway be located on the north half of the <br />R-l property. <br /> <br />4) That the existing grade be maintained on the southerly <br />half of the R-l lot and the existing tree growth be <br />maintained in said area. <br /> <br />5) That the existing retaining wall on the east side of <br />the I-I property be extended at its existing height to <br />a distance 25 feet from the south line of the contiguous <br />R-l property to be done at such time as the variance is <br />exercisedo <br /> <br />Further, that the six month variance time limitation be extended <br />to five years for the variances. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, <br />Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-3 Grauel Moved, Anderson Se:onded, that Twin Tire Company's request <br />for variance to sign setback at 2760 Fairview Avenue be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the 8' x 10' roof sign be removed. <br /> <br />2) That the 51 x 6' wall sign on the west side of the <br />building advertising Dunlop Tires be removed. <br /> <br />3) That the letters on the south side of the building <br />indicating Twin Tires, Inc., measuring 1~1 x 12' be <br />removed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos.
