<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - March 29, 1976.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor June Demos, Councilmen Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and Curley,
<br />
<br />A-I Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of March IS, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Mr. James Sweeney's
<br />request for final plat approval "Sweeney Southview Heights"
<br />at about the 1700 Block of Alameda be continued to the
<br />meeting of April 26, 1976, Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Ken Reinhardt's request
<br />for final plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition No.3" at
<br />about 907 Sherren be continued to the meeting of April 12,
<br />1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and
<br />Demos, Nays: None 0
<br />
<br />B-3 Anderson Hoved, Hess Seconded, that Mr. Harry Neimeyer's
<br />request for vacation of right-of-way (portion of Albermarle)
<br />be continued to the meeting of April 26, 1976. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-4 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Mr. Irving Margolis'
<br />request for special use permit for planned unit development
<br />at 1171 West Larpenteur Avenue be approved as per plans
<br />dated February 9, 1976, with the condition that written
<br />approval be obtained from Applebaums permitting Mr. Margolis
<br />to use their parking lot for his customer parking. Roll Call:
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-I Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Councilman Cameron Anderson
<br />be nominated to fill the unexpired term of Councilman Curley on
<br />the Metropolitan Transportation Board. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-I Hess Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Mr. Richard Morgan's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 2524
<br />Maple Lane be approved 0 Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Mr. Raphael Auge's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 1260
<br />Oakcrest Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6350 calling
<br />for feasibility report for the widening of Cleveland Avenue
<br />between County Road C and County Road D, known as Project
<br />P-W-SS-76-9 be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
