<br />A-I Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of March 29, 1976, be approved with the following amendment:

<br />Page 2, E~ 7 should read: "Anderson M:)Ved, Hess Seconded, that
<br />the City Attorney be instructed to prepare an ordinance amend-
<br />ing Section 66,310, Subdivision 4, of the City Code by decreasing
<br />the annual water rates for users having automatic sprinkler

<br />Demos 0 Nays: None 0 "

<br />meeting of May 10, 19760 Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None,

<br />B- 2 Grauel Moved ~ Curley Seconded, that the request of Kenneth
<br />Reinhardt for final plat arnroval "Ken Reinhardt Addition
<br />No 0 3" at about 907 Sherrell be continued until the meeting
<br />of May 10, 1976 o. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Demos 0 Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Rose Marinelli's request
<br />for preliminary plat "Marinelli Addition" at 2940 Old Highway
<br />8 be approved and a public hearing established on the final
<br />plat for Hay 17,1976, Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Demos, Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that J. H. Duddleston's request
<br />for preliminary plat "Duddleston Lakeview" at 445 South Owasso
<br />Boulevard be approved with the condition that a 10 foot easement
<br />be provided on Lot 1 for sewer and water services, and that a
<br />public hearing on the final plat and vacation of right-of-way
<br />(Turnstone Court) be established for May 17, 1976. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos 0 Nays: None.

<br />E.3 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Dayton Hudson Corporation's
<br />request for variance to building setback at 1515 West County
<br />Road B be approved wi th the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1, That a defined pedestrian walkway from County Road B
<br />to the existing sidewalk on the southwestern corner of
<br />the Target Building be constructed,
<br />
<br />20 That a bicycle rack be placed in the building entrance
<br />area,
<br />
