<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - April 26, 1976.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Grauel.

<br />A-I 11ess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of April 19, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Council join with
<br />the Mayor in proclaiming the week of May 16 through May 22,
<br />1976 as National Transportation Week and Friday, ~1ay 21, as
<br />National Defense Transportation Day. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Mr. James Sweeney's
<br />request for final plat approval "Sweeney's Southview
<br />Heights" at about the 1700 Block of Alameda be continued
<br />to the meeting of June 14, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Mr. Harry Neimeyer's re-
<br />quest for vacation of right-of-way (portion of Albermarle)
<br />be continued to the meeting of May 17, 1976. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />C-l Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that a Council work session
<br />be established for 7:00 P.M., ~fuy 3,1976, at the City
<br />Hall for thepurpose of reviewing the capital improvement
<br />program for streets. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, .Anderson,
<br />Curley, Graue 1 and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the
<br />Council meetings be set for June 14 and
<br />and August 9 and 23. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Curley Moved, I~ss Seconded, that Resolution No. 6363
<br />regarding Ramsey County support of an opticom system
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.
