<br />Resolution No. 6366A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-75-2l UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, C~PTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a pub- <br />lic hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement <br />No. P-75-2l providing that the existing median in County Road B <br />be opened up near Herschel Street to provide left turn and cross- <br />over provisions in the location, as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $10,950.00, substan- <br />tially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the fea- <br />sibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the city <br />Manager; and having considered the views of all interested per- <br />sons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does <br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be con- <br />structed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied <br />therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area pro- <br />posed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as des- <br />cribed in the Notice of Hearing. The County of Ramsey is hereby <br />requested to prepare and submit to the Council a final cooper- <br />ative agreement between the county and the City of Roseville <br />for the construction of said improvement, and to prepare the <br />final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by councilman Hess, and upon roll call vote <br />being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: <br />all: and the following voted against the same: none: where- <br />upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />4 <br />
