<br />Regional Bikeway System prepared by Ramsey COUllty be approved
<br />with the condition that it is understood that there is sufficient
<br />flexibility in the plan and goals to permit changes in route de-
<br />signation and funding; and further that the City Manager is
<br />authorized to negotiate with Ramsey County regarding future changes

<br />be authorized to sign Agreement with Ramsey County whereby the
<br />City would provide design and engineering services to the County

<br />County Road C to County Road D with the Cotmty reimbursing the
