<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Heeting of the City Council- June 14, 1976. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Hess and Anderson. <br /> <br />A-I Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of May 17, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and DelIDs. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of May 27, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Ken <br />Reinhardt for final plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition <br />No.3" at about 907 Sherren be continued tmtil the meeting of <br />July 12, 1976. Roll Can, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that James Sweeney's request <br />for final plat approval "Sweeney Southview Heights" at about the <br />1700 Block of Alameda be continued until the meeting of Jtme 28, <br />1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Michels Construction <br />Company request for final plat approval ''Michels Lake Park" at <br />2500 North Hamline Avenue be continued until the meeting of <br />July 12, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, <br />Anderson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-4 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Mailand & Johnson's request <br />for special use permit and variance to parking requirement, <br />floor area ratio, minimum lot area and minimum floor area of one <br />bedroom units at 1045 Larpenteur Avenue be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the development be constructed according to the plans <br />dated May 6, 1976 <br />2. That if needed, additional parking fad Ii ties shall be <br />constructed by the owner as ordered by the City <br />3.
