<br />ablishing the capital improvement program for streets and storm

<br />E-19 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6383 revising
<br />the street and storm sewer assessment policies originally adopted
<br />in 1969 and 1970 and establishing a new city-wide assessment policy
<br />for street paving, stOYTIl sewers,sanitary sewers and watermains, which
<br />is compatible with a multi -year program of construction be adopted.

<br />authorized to sign an agreement with Creative Images for the pre-
<br />paration of an audio visual package, including duplicate tape, at
<br />a price not to exceed $4,400000, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Crauel,
<br />Hess, .~derson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />established for Tuesday, June 15, at 5: 00 P.M. in the City Hall
<br />Council Chambers for the purpose of reviewing the audio/visual pre-
<br />sentation regarding the permanent street improvement program. Roll

<br />E-22 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Austin P. Keller Construction
<br />of St. Paul be declared the low bidder on the installation of a
<br />36" watermain and 12" watermain near Victoria, Project W-76-3, in
<br />the amount of $176,899.40 and upon proper completion of the nec-
<br />essary contract forms and provisions the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
<br />Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
