<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the City Council - July 19, 1976. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, COlUlcilmen Grauel, Hess and <br />Anderson 0 Absent: Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />B-1 Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6403 <br />vacating the ten foot utility easement that is contiguous <br />to the vacated street, Turnstone Court of the Herbst Addition, <br />and the vacation of the drainage easement over Outlot A in <br />the Herbst Addition be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, <br />Hess, Anderson and Demos, Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 Grauel M.:>ved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6404 <br />receiving feasibility report for Project P-W-SS-77-0 and <br />establishing a public hearing on the improvement for 7: 00 P.M., <br />August 10, 1976, at Fairview Junior High School be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6405 <br />receiving feasibility report for Project ST-77-A and est- <br />ablishing a public hearing on the improvement for 7: 00 P.M., <br />August 10, 1976, at Fairview Junior High School be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos.
