<br />Extract of llinutes of Heeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, llinnesota <br /> <br />Held; July 26, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, !linnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in tne City Hall in said City on l1onday, the <br /> <br />26tn uay of July, 1976, at 7:30 p'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: r1ayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, and Curley. And tne following <br /> <br />were absent~ Councilman Hess. <br /> <br />l~lso in a ttendance were; James F. Andre, City Nanager, <br />Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City Attorneys; <br />Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director, and Peter s. <br />Popovich of Peterson, Popovicn, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond <br />Consultants. <br /> <br />The City l1anager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Combined Improvement of 1975, SS-W-P-74-lS and SS-W-P-74-16 <br /> <br />in the Roseville Sun on July 7 and July 14, 1976, wnicn <br /> <br />affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed <br /> <br />on file. The Hanager also exnibited a Certificate of Hailing <br /> <br />Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced tnat the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />ment.
