<br />Extract of r.iinutes of d.eeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, I1innesota <br /> <br />Held: July 26, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice tnereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of tne City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the <br /> <br />26th day of July, 1976, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson and Curley. And the following <br /> <br />were absent; Councilman Hess. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: James F. Andre, City r'~nager, <br />Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City Attorneys; <br />Charles Honcnell, City Public \Jorks Director; and Peter S. <br />Popovich of Peterson, POpOViCh; Knutson &'Flynn, City Bond <br />Consultants. <br /> <br />The City !lanager presented an affidavit snowing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for a <br /> <br />portion of Improvement No 0 SS.'vJ-P-74-l7 in the Roseville Sun <br /> <br />on July 7 and July 14, 1976, wnich affidavit was examined, <br /> <br />found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The l~anager <br /> <br />also exnibited a Certificate of liailing Notice of Hearing to <br /> <br />all affected property owners. <br /> <br />Tne Mayor announced that tne meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />ment. All persons present were tnen given tne opportunity to <br />
