<br />Extract of Ninutes of lieeting of <br />City Council <br />City of ~oseville <br />Ramsey County, dinnesota <br /> <br />Held: July 26, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of tne City of Roseville, l'linnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, tne <br /> <br />26th day of July, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members \'\7ere present: jJlayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, and Curley. And the follmdng <br /> <br />were absent: Councilman Hess. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were~ James F. Andre, City l1anager, <br />Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City Attorneys; <br />Charles Honchell, City Public vJorks Director, and Peter S. <br />Popovich of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond <br />Consultants. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented an affidavit snowing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice ~f nearing on tne proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. :J-75-16 in the Roseville Sun on July 7 and <br /> <br />July 14, 1976, which affidavit was examined, found satisfac- <br /> <br />tory, and ordered placed on file. The J:lana Jer also exhibited <br /> <br />a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br /> <br />property owners. <br /> <br />The ~~yor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of Objections, if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />ment.
