Andre, City I1anager, <br />Robert Bell of Peterson, Dell & Converse, City Attorneys, e <br />Charles Honcnell, City Public Works Director, and Peter S. <br />Popovicn of Peterson, Popovicn, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond <br />Consultants. <br /> <br />Tne City i1anager pr~sented an. affidavit snowing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of nearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-12 in the Roseville Sun on July 7 <br /> <br />and July 14, 1976, wnich affidavit was examined, found satis- <br /> <br />factory, and ordered placed on file. 'l'he Hanager also ex- <br /> <br />nibited a Certificate of l1ailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners. <br /> <br />Tne Hayor announced t,na t tile meeting was open for tne <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />ment.
