Andre, City 11anager, <br />Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell & Converse, City Attorneys; <br />Charles Honchell, City Public Horks Director; and Peter s. <br />Popovich of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond <br />Consultants. <br /> <br />The City Hanager presented an affidavit showing pUblica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on tne proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. SS-tv-P.-74-27 in the Roseville Sun on July 7 <br /> <br />and July 14, 1976, wnicn affidavit was examined, found satis- <br /> <br />factory, and ordered placed on file. The l1anager also ex- <br /> <br />nibited a Certificate of 11ailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that tne meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />mente All persons present were tnen given tne opportunity to <br />
