<br />B-lO Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Dwayne Albrecht's request
<br />for rezoning from R-l to I-I and special use permit at 1408
<br />County Road C be approved with the following conditions:

<br />1. That a 15 foot wide dense landscaped screening area
<br />be developed and maintained contiguous to the westerly
<br />and southerly property line, subject to staff approval
<br />of a detailed landscape design.
<br />
<br />2. That any open storage in the southerly 100 feet of the
<br />property be confined to nursery stock holding as pro-
<br />posed in the applicant's site plan.

<br />3. That a bond equal to l~ times the cost of the landscaping
<br />on the westerly and southerly property lines be provided
<br />by the applicant to the City.

<br />requirements and setback also be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
