<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Special Meeting of the City Council - August 16, 1976. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Hess, Anderson, <br />Curley and Grauel. <br /> <br />B-1 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the public hearing regard- <br />ing Public Improvement Projects 77-0 and 77-A be continued until <br />the meeting of November 15, 1976, in order to give residents an <br />opportunity to petition for street improvements. <br /> <br />Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, to amend the motion to continue <br />the hearing to include the establishment of a Citizens' <br />Committee consisting of ten persons, two persons appointed <br />by each Councilman, charged with reviewing the need, cost <br />figures, criteria for exclusion, timetable, if any, modifi- <br />cation of standards and consideration of applicants for <br />improved streets. <br /> <br />Roll Call on amended motion. Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, <br />Grauel and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />I-I Hess Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 8:40 P.M. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, <br />Grauel and Demos.
