<br />lease agreement with Mr. Joseph Coppersmith regarding the home

<br />E-8 Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to prepare an ordinance amending Section 35.060 of the City Code
<br />regarding the storage of 1. P. gas. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,

<br />E-9 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to prepare a bingo ordinance which adopts the State Bingo Statute
<br />by reference, establishing a license fee of $100 for organizations
<br />operating more than two games annually and a fee of $10 for organ-
<br />izations operating less than three games annually, provide that a
<br />violation is a misdemeanor, which allows the Council to grant
<br />organizations the right to operate a maximum of six games peT year.
