<br />Regular Heeting of the City Council - September 13, 1976,
<br />
<br />The City COlmcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Hayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Hess,
<br />
<br />A-I Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of August 23, 1976 (Item A-2) amending the minutes
<br />of the special meeting of August 16, 1976, (Item Bel) be
<br />amended to read:
<br />
<br />"Grauel Hoved, Curley Seconded, that the matter
<br />regarding Public Improvements Projects 77.0 and
<br />77-A be continued until the meeting of November 15,
<br />1976, in order to give residents an opportunity to
<br />petition for street improvements.
<br />
<br />Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, to amend the motion to
<br />continue the matter to include the establishment of
<br />a Citizen's Committee consisting of ten persons, two
<br />persons appointed by each Councilman, charged with
<br />reviewing the need, cost, figures, criteria for ex-
<br />clusion, timetable, if any, modification of standards
<br />and consideratlon of applicants for improved streets.

<br />Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes be approved
<br />amending the minutes of August 23, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess. Nays: None. Abstention:
<br />Mayor Demos as she was absent from the meetlng.
<br />
<br />A-2 Anderson Hoved, Curley Seconded, that the Cotmcil join the
<br />Mayor in declaring October 16, 1976>> as "Sweetest Day" in
<br />Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess
<br />and Demos 0 Nays: None,
<br />
<br />B-1 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Barry O'~ara's request fOT
<br />final plat approval "Hedlund Southview" and vacation of right-of-way
<br />at about 3051 North Fairview Avenue be continued ln1til the meeting
<br />of September 20, 1976, Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Hess and DeIIDS 0 Nays: None,
