<br />2 c 'That all propertles rezoned lIto B-1 be deed
<br />restricted as proposed by the appllcant to exclude
<br />from the future use of t:'1.e land all uses, except
<br />those provided for in the B-1 District of the zoning
<br />Code of the CIty of RoseviUe,

<br />3, That the applicant contribute $20,000 as proposed by
<br />the applicant for the use of a solution to the traffic
<br />situation at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and
<br />Frontage Road by either of the following two methods,
<br />as may be determined most appropriate by the Council:

<br />a, Constructlon of a temporary or permanent
<br />semaphore signal at the intersection of
<br />County Road B and Pal rview ,

<br />be Or the constructIon of an alternative access to
<br />the Gluek Lane property,

<br />4. That the applicant post a performance bond in the amount
<br />of one and one half times the total cost of the land-
<br />scaping in order to assure that the landscaping is de-
<br />veloped in accordance with the plan;

<br />and that a public hearIng on the final plat be established for

<br />Willenbring, Ralph Dorsch, Michael Rich, John Rukavina,

<br />Dr. Robert Woodson be appointed to serve on the Citlzen's
<br />Commi ttee to review the proposed City-wide street improvement
<br />program and to make recommendations thereto, Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Mayor Demos appointed Vera Hansen as Chairman of the Citizen's
<br />Committee and the Council approved the proposed guidelines
<br />for the CitIzen~s Committee regarding the study of the City
<br />street system,

<br />established for the date of the Volunteer Board members banquet,

<br />work session for 5: 00 P eM" Wednesday, September 15, 1976, to
<br />review the 1977 proposed budget, and if necessary to continue
<br />the hearing to a future date to be determined at the work session,
