<br />CIIT OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City COlUlcil - SepteIT'ber 20, 1976. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The City COLmci1 met on the above date with the following <br />members present: ~hyor Demos, COLUlcilmen Anderson, Curley, <br />Grauel and Hess. <br /> <br />A-I Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of September 13, 1976, be approved with the following amendment: <br /> <br />Item B-lO should read: <br /> <br />MINlITES <br /> <br />"Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Allied Stores <br />request for preliminary plat, rezoning from I-I and <br />B-1 to B-1 and B-I-B, special use permit and variance <br />to sign size and parking at 1758 West Highway 36 be <br />approved with the condition that: <br /> <br />1. The development of the entire tract be developed <br />substantially in accordance with the plans sub- <br />mitted by the applicant dated September 13, 1976. <br /> <br />2. That all properties rezoned I-I to B-1 be deed <br />restricted as proposed by the applicant to exclude <br />from the future use of the land all uses, except <br />those provided for in the B-1 District of the <br />zoning Code of the City of Rosevi11e. <br /> <br />3. That the applicant contribute $20,000 as proposed <br />by the applicant for the use of a solution to the <br />traffic situation at the intersection of Fairview <br />Avenue and Frontage Road by either of the following <br />two methods, as may be determined most appropriate <br />by the Cm.mcil: <br /> <br />a. Construction of a temporary or permanent <br />semaphore signal at the intersection of <br />Frontage Road and Fairview, <br /> <br />b. Or the construction of an alternative access <br />to the Gluek Lane Property. <br /> <br />4. That the applicant post a performance bond in the amount <br />of one and one half times the total cost of the land- <br />scaping in order to assure that the landscaping is de- <br />veloped in accordance with the plan; <br /> <br />and that a public hearing on the final plat be established <br />for October 18, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, <br />Graue 1 and Hes s. Nays: Demos. " <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and DelTos. <br />Nays: None. <br />
