CIIT OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City COlUlcil - SepteIT'ber 20, 1976. 7:30 P.M. The City COLmci1 met on the above date with the following members present: ~hyor Demos, COLUlcilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess. A-I Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of September 13, 1976, be approved with the following amendment: Item B-lO should read: MINlITES "Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Allied Stores request for preliminary plat, rezoning from I-I and B-1 to B-1 and B-I-B, special use permit and variance to sign size and parking at 1758 West Highway 36 be approved with the condition that: 1. The development of the entire tract be developed substantially in accordance with the plans sub- mitted by the applicant dated September 13, 1976. 2. That all properties rezoned I-I to B-1 be deed restricted as proposed by the applicant to exclude from the future use of the land all uses, except those provided for in the B-1 District of the zoning Code of the City of Rosevi11e. 3. That the applicant contribute $20,000 as proposed by the applicant for the use of a solution to the traffic situation at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and Frontage Road by either of the following two methods, as may be determined most appropriate by the Cm.mcil: a. Construction of a temporary or permanent semaphore signal at the intersection of Frontage Road and Fairview, b. Or the construction of an alternative access to the Gluek Lane Property. 4. That the applicant post a performance bond in the amount of one and one half times the total cost of the land- scaping in order to assure that the landscaping is de- veloped in accordance with the plan; and that a public hearing on the final plat be established for October 18, 1976.
