<br />A-I Grauel MOved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of September 27, 1976, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Deroos.

<br />A-2 Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of October 4, 1976, be approved. Roll

<br />B-1 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Allied Stores request
<br />for final plat approval "LaBelle Addition" at 1750 West
<br />LH. 36 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,

<br />F-l Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Ordinance No. 794
<br />aJOOnding the City Code by rezoning property from I -1 and
<br />B-1 to B-1 and B-l-B at 1750 West TH 36 be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson. Nays: DeIIDs.

<br />B-2 Hess MOved, Curley Seconded, that Harry Kath' s request for
<br />special use permit at 2425 Rice Street be continued until
<br />the meeting of November 8, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,

<br />B-5 Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Roseville V.F.W.'s
<br />request to transfer their on-sale club liquor license from
<br />1385 Centennial Drive to 1149 Woodhill Drive be approved.
