<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 25th day of February, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8658 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />WATER-SKI COURSE AND WATER-SKI JUMP ON LAKE OWASSO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association has requested <br />approval of a water-ski course and water-ski jump on Lake Owasso; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association has received <br />approval for a water-ski course and jump on Lake Owasso for a number <br />of years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have bee no significant objections to the water-ski <br />course and jump; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the city of <br />Roseville does hereby recommend to the appropriate governing authority <br />that the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association request for a water-ski <br />course and water-ski jump on Lake Owasso be approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, <br />and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 25th day <br />of February, 1991, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 26th day of February, <br />1991. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />s~nager <br />
