<br />The City COlIDcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, COlIDcilmen Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and Curley.

<br />A-I Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of October 25, 1976, be approved with the following amendment:

<br />B-1 Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Sam Cave's request for
<br />preliminary plat "Cave's Rearrangement Hillsborough No.4"
<br />and rezoning from R-l to R-2 and B-1 at about 193 Minnesota
<br />Avenue be approved with the condition that the necessary ease-
<br />ment be provided as required by the Public Works Director,
<br />and a public hearing be established on the final plat for the
<br />COlIDcil meeting of December 13, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Sam Cave's request for
<br />final plat "Cave's North BOlmdary Addition" and variance to
<br />setback at 1970 COlIDty Road D be continued to the COlIDcil
<br />meeting of December 13, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, I-less,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Oskey Gas & Oil Company's
<br />request for special use permit at 2070 and 2080 County Road C
<br />be continued until the Council meeting of February 21, 1977.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Dorothy Healy's request
<br />for final plat "Healy Pondview" at about 1955 Cleveland Avenue
<br />be continued to the Council meeting of November 15, 1976. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.
