<br />The City Council met on the above date with the follaving
<br />rrernbers present: Mayor Dem:>s, Councilmen Grauel, Hess,

<br />A-I Hess r.bved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of March 14, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Anderson r.bved, Curley Seconded, that Oskey Gas and Oil
<br />Oompany's request for special use permit at 2070 and 2080 County
<br />Road C be continued until the Council meeting of April 18, 1977.
<br />Poll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos.

<br />C-l Grauel r.bved, Hess Seconded, that Wednesday, April 6, be
<br />established as the deadline for receiving applications for
<br />the Parks & Recreation Carmittee vacancy and also establishing
<br />April 11, as the date for making the apfOintrrent. Poll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Cur ley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Anderson r.bved, Curley Seconded, that MacQueen Equiprrent
<br />Canpany be awarded the bid for two sanders for a total arrount
<br />of $5,372.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson,
<br />Cur ley and Dem:>s 0 Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Curley r.bved, Anderson Seconded, that Payment No. 6 to
<br />Acton Construction COOlpany on Water Irrproverrent W-76-4 be
<br />approved in the arrount of $31,627. 98 . Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Grauel r.bved, Hess Seconded, that the 13th and Final payrrent
<br />to Shaw Lundquist Associates, Inc. for the Roseville City Hall,
<br />Project ~74-29, in the amount of $11,811.51 and Payment No. 13
<br />to the same firm in the amount of $240. 00 for Fire Station No.3,
<br />Project ~74-30 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Hess r.bved, Anderson Seconded, that the 5th and Final payrrent
<br />be made to Elle:rbe Architects, Inc. for work in conjunction
<br />with the Poseville City Hall, Project ~74-29, including all
<br />adJustrrents to the original contract be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Cur ley and Derros. Nays: None.
