<br />A-I Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the rreeting
<br />of March 21, 1977, be approved.. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson, Cur ley and IEnos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Hess fuved, Curley Seconded, that Mr. Daniel Zielske, 1697
<br />North Chatsworth, be appointed to the Human Rights Ccmnission
<br />for a term to expire March 31, 1980. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Hess, Anderson, Curley and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Anderson fuved, Hess Seconded, that the bids received on
<br />March 8, 1977, for the purchase of one new 1977 model 4-Door
<br />sedan be rejected. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the purchase of radio
<br />equipment for the Fire Departrrent from the Ramsey County bid
<br />be approved at a total cost of $25,327.00. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and IEnos. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Change Order No. 9 on Fire
<br />Station No.3, Project M-74-30 be approved in the arrount of
<br />$479.36 for aluminum window sill correction. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Anderson fuved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6470
<br />accepting the low bid fran Austin P. Keller Construction
<br />Company of St. Paul in the arrount of $253,367.00 for Project
<br />ST-77-A, LPW 06-51-02851, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Derros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-5 Curley fuved, Hess Seconded, that Fesolution No. 6471 request-
<br />ing Ramsey County to rectify the unacceptable corrli tion of
<br />Roselawn Avenue where it abuts the City of Roseville be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson am Cur ley. Nays:
<br />None. Abstention: Mayor Derros.

<br />E-6 Hess fuved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6472 amending
<br />the City's assessrrent policy for street paving be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Derros. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-7 Anderson fuved, Curley Seconded, that a bingo license for the
<br />Knights of Columbus, Nazareth Council No. 4021 at 2875 North
<br />Snelling Avenue be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
