~ffi. MILLER: Generally north (inaudible) and the small
area south.

MR. HONCHELL: Let's walk over there.

MR. MILLER: Give me your pointer. Are you saying that's
the extent of the sewage here?

MR. HONCHELL~ We propose to pick up (inaudible) with that
drainage system.

I~o MILLER: No additional sewage in the area.

MR. HONCHELL: Not in pipes.

MR. MILLER: And you suggest this is $5,000.

MR. HONCHELL~ The man asked about the siltation basin.

MR. MILLER: You say there's presently drainage through here?

MR. HONCHELL: A 12 inch corrugated metal pipe that's been
there for several years.

MR. MILLER: That's 20 feet higho

~m. HONCHELL: That runs through the hill to Wilson Pond.
Where that 24 inch pipe is, that's the location of the 12 inch
pipe. The only reason for changing the size is to give us better
ability to control the water in high water seasons.

MR. MILLER: From the time I've been here, the few areas
I've seen inundated have been here and here, which is a hole in
the ground. There's a house there built over the hole. This
seems to drain out well. There's a small standing area approxi-
mately in here, but about 15 feet away there's natural drainage,
and a few people down here. It sounds like a lot of money until
we're getting a lot more out of it than that.

MRo HONCHELL: One of the things you're getting is the
ability to control the area instead of just picking the water upo

MR. MILLER: What are the benefits to the residents?

8
