<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - April 25, 1977.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Grauel.

<br />Hess moved, Anderson seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of April 18, 1977 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Hess seconded, that Resolution No. 6484
<br />supporting a change in APe-8, open burning regulation,
<br />which would permit municipalities to establish one week
<br />in the spring and one week in the fall for the open
<br />burning of yard debris, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Hess, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel moved, Anderson seconded, that Resolution No. 6485
<br />ordering Improvement ST-76-7B, Langdon Lake County Road
<br />D to B-2, and 35W to Wheeler Street along with acquisition
<br />of additional property at Mildred Drive and County Road
<br />C-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Grauel and
<br />Demos. Nays: Hess and Curley. (The motion fails; four
<br />votes required for approval.)

<br />Curley moved, Hess seconded, that Jerry Langenberger's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard set-back at
<br />2896 Arona be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Hess moved, Curley seconded, that Robert Forliti's
<br />request for minor variance to front and rear yard set-
<br />back at 432 South McCarrons Boulevard be approved.

<br />Grauel moved, Curley seconded, that the City Attorney
<br />be instructed to prepare an ordinance adopting the
<br />Minnesota Uniform Fire Code with certain amendments to
<br />meet local conditions 0 Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel moved, Curley seconded, that Jim Duddleston's
<br />request for fill permit for Lot 4, Duddleston Lakeview,
<br />be approved as provided by the lake shore zoning
<br />ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Grauel seconded, that Payment No. 1 for
<br />Project ST-77-A, LPW No. 06-51-02851, in the amount of
<br />$36,427.59, to Austin P. Keller Construction Company
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Demos. Nays: None.
