MR. HONCHELL~ We could get the ownership records and
try ~o go lot by lot, but it would tuke quite a bit of time.

FROM THE AUDIENCE: Any lots on Victoria where there is
property owned behind by the same (inaudible) that could be
subdivided.

MR. HONCHELL: Yes, I believe so. When you say splitting
off, you mean taking one lot and making several, or awning
the lots behind them. There are some on Victoria that own
lots fronting on Victoria and own the lots behind them on some
of these roadways that would be buildable then. If you donlt
own those prop~rties to the rear, then you wouldnlt be paying
for a.nything except the storm ;3ewer assessment.

MR. JOm~ F. MORRIS0N, 3151 West Owasso Bouleverd: Earlier
in the hearing you made a statement that those lots where
the storm sewer drainage would not reach the development would
n0t be assessed. is that true?

MR. HONCHELL: Yes, if your water doesnlt reach any of the
work that would be done for storm drainage, you would have no
benefit ~nd, therefore, you would not be assessed.

MR. MORRISON: Would that include those lots - number 7
up to County Road D on Owasso Boulevard? They will drain to
Valley Park.

MR. HONCHELL: It depend~ on (inaudible).

MR. MORRISON: Isnlt th?t an improvement of Valley Park?

MR. HONCHELL: We can't distinguish part of the water
from any of the rest of the water.

MR. MORRISON: How did you make your earlier statement?

MR. HONCHELt: There are possibilities That when they
made this observation in the field. th~t they thought perhaps
some of the water ran in one direction, but it didn't - it ran
the other way, or maybe to a little pond on somerody's lot.

-21-
