<br />rrernbers present: Mayor DeIros, Councilrren Hess, Curley and
<br />Grauel. Councilrran Amerson arrived at 7: 35 P.M. Absent:
<br />None.

<br />A-I Hess M.::>ved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the neeting
<br />of July 25, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Curley,
<br />Grauel and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley M::wed, Grauel Seconded, that the Council join with the
<br />Mayor in extending best wishes to Keith Nelson, Jr. a rrerrber
<br />of the Minnesota Amateur Wrestling Club, Inc. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Hess, Curley, Grauel and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Hess M.::>ved, Grauel Seconded, that Fred O'Neill's request for
<br />final plat "F. C. O'Neill lIddition" at 2325 North Dale Street
<br />be continued until the Council rreeting of August 22, 1977.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Curley, Grauel am Denos. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Curley M::wed, Hess Seconded, that Murlowski and Reiling's
<br />request for final plat be continued until the Council rreeting
<br />of August 22, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Cur ley, Grauel
<br />and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Grauel M.::>ved, Anderson Seconded, that Ed Cave & Sons request
<br />for rezoning fran R-l to R-2 at 2000 County Road D be denied
<br />and that the request for final plat and variance to front and
<br />side yard setbacks be continued until the Council neeting of
<br />August 22, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Anderson M.::>ved, Hess Secomed, that Ken Reinhardt's request
<br />for final plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition No.3" at.
<br />about 907 Sherren Street be continued until the Council rreeting
<br />of September 26, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E--2 Hess M.::>ved, Anderson Seconded, that Gene A. Hines request for
<br />minor variance to side yard setback at 2995 West ONasso
<br />Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />E-.3 Grauel M.::>ved, Curley Seconded, that John Brown's request
<br />for minor variance to front and side yard setback at
<br />1475 Transit Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Anderson r-bved, Hess Seconded, that Rolf Amland' s request
<br />for division of lot at 2193 County Road B be approved with
<br />the corrli tion that a 10 foot drainage easerrent be dedicated
<br />along the north property line of the new lot. Roll Call, Ayes:
