filed with the City Manager were presented and considered, and

all such objections were tabulated as follows:

MR. JOHN ROSE, 1211 Brooks Avenue: Asked about the pro-
cedure for changing the location of his driveway.

MR. JERRY ERICKSON, 1214 Oakcrest: Owns the corner lot
at Oakcrest and Fernwood. Said the improvement provides no
benefit to his property. The Fernwood access road would provide
no benefit and he would have to go out of his way to use it.

MR. FRANK JONDAL, 2241 North Victoria: His property was
not involved in this improvement.

MRS. JOM~ ERICKSON, 1214 Oakcrest: Opposed to the assess-
ment because they cannot use the access road.

After a discussion of the views presented at the hearing,
and there being no one else present who wished to be heard, the
Mayor closed the hearing and Councilman Curley moved that the
adoption of the assessment roll be continued to Monday, August
22, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall. The motion
was seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the
following voted against: None.

The motion carried.
