<br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consiaeration of objections, if any, to said proposea assess- <br /> <br />ment. All persons present were then given the opportunity to <br /> <br />present oral objections, and all written objections theretofore <br /> <br />filed with the City Manager were presented and consiaered, and <br /> <br />all such objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />No one appeared to be heard, but a letter was received <br />from Mr. Edward ~. Tichenor of Har Mar Incorporated in which <br />he said the Glendenning Motorways should be assessed a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement inasmuch as the <br />frontage roaa adjoins their property at the southwest corner <br />where the frontage road intersects with County Road C. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the hearing, and Councilman Curley moved <br /> <br />that the adoption of the assessment roll be continued to Monday, <br /> <br />August 22, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall. The <br /> <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />The motion carried. <br />
